Centura Health Selects Huntonbrady Architects To Design Phase One Of Castle Rock Medical Campus

DENVER (Feb. 18, 2010) - Centura Health today announced the selection of HuntonBrady Architects, an Orlando-based architecture and interior design firm, as architect-of-record for Phase One of its network expansion to serve the Castle Rock community just south of Denver. Phase One of the $23.6 million development is scheduled to commence in late summer 2010, part of a multi-phased development plan by Centura Health and sponsor - Adventist Health System - for a comprehensive health care campus to serve residents in the ever-growing Town of Castle Rock.

Grief and Loss Support Offered by Bristlecone Health Services

FRISCO, Colo., (Jan. 22, 2010) Bristlecone Health Services understands that grief often brings up unfamiliar and sometimes confusing emotions and responses. Thats why we offer grief and loss counseling to support the needs of both family members and friends that have experienced the death of a loved one. Grief and loss support is offered individually and in a group to offer a safe and nurturing environment for questions, concerns, and memories to be shared. Counseling is free and open to anyone in the community with no registration required. Group sessions are held the last Monday of every month from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Summit Medical Center, Board Room on the 2nd floor. The next group session will be held Monday, January 25, 2010 led by Ken Rice of Bristlecone Health Services. Please call 668.5604 with any questions.

Castle Rock, Colo. (Jan. 13, 2010) -- Delivering advanced care to more than half a million people each year, Centura Health today announced its $23.6 million Castle Rock expansion plans. Centura Health - Colorados largest health care system - plans to build a new 40,000-square-foot medical office building, 20,000-square-foot emergency room and imaging center in Castle Rock to offer full emergency medical services. In partnership with the Castle Rock community, the Centura Health Castle Rock project will bring advanced, specialized health care to the growing population of 42,000-plus in Castle Rock who must currently travel outside of their community to get medical care. Residents will now have direct access to programs and services in the Centura Health network, recognized nationally for its treatment of cancer and stroke, along with the most extensive network of health care anywhere in Colorado.
